![]() ![]() I later returned to CVS about 30 minutes before closing to pickup my prescriptions and the lady at the window, after searching for a long time, told me she couldnt find them and there wasn’t any notes or records of them in the computer. ![]() I was told the prescriptions would be ready for pickup in about 2 hours. Last month I droped off my prescriptions at the window around 12:00 noon. Nobody seem to have a clue about whats going on around them and no effort is ever exerted to provide customer service or fix a problem. First of all they need to hire more people because the line to pick up medication is always long and it takes forever to get one persons medication and check them out. It has been problem after problem with the pharmcy in the back. After dinner, make your way towards the music coming from lively Third Street, where you can unwind with a craft cocktail or glass of wine at The Vintage, The River Room, Blend or The Main Lobby, or dance the night away at Happy’s Irish Pub, Boudreaux & Thibodeaux or The Basin Music Hall.This is the worst CVS I have ever used in my life! While I’ve never had a problem with cashiers up front.
